Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods or taking possession of the product by a third party designated by you and who is not the carrier.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear declaration.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment methods that you used for the order and you will not have to pay any fees for this refund.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be returned, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 14 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which, in accordance with their nature, cannot be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has passed.
  • The supply of goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have not been sealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, in accordance with their nature, mixed inseparably with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return conditions above, at our sole discretion.

Return of goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt for the merchandise or proof of receipt of delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as gifts when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
