Aerosol primer medium gray 400ml

Body primer sprays prepare the car for the next coat of paint. Our range of acrylic primers are ideal for all painting needs, thanks to their high build power, excellent sandability, versatility and excellent adhesion to sheet metal.

Processing conditions:

From +10°C and up to 80% relative air humidity.

Do not spray-on with polyester primers.

Supports:
Iron, steel, zinc and aluminum. Do not treat thermoplastic substrates.

Pretreatment / Cleaning:

Pre-clean with 4CR Silicone Remover.

Shake the can vigorously until the mixing balls move freely! Spray to test.

Spray distance approximately 20 - 50 cm.
2 - 3 applications. Dry film thickness 50 - 80 µm. Rinse time of 3 to 5 minutes between each coat.

Turn the can upside down and spray until the valve is clean.
This helps prevent the valve from getting clogged.

Further processing:

• Dry sanding: P 400 - P500
• Wet sanding: P 800
